Patients enrolled in our GMF are prioritized for minor emergency appointments.

Registered patients are those who are officially registered with a GMF Mercier doctor at the RAMQ

• Registered patients: call from 7:15 am to 9:00 am for an appointment the same day at the minor emergency.
• Registered patients: call from 15:00 to 20:00 for an appointment the next day at the minor emergency.
• Non-registered patients are limited to calling between 9:00 to 11:00 for the remaining visits for the same day.
• Appointments taken at the minor emergency, have no possibility of cancellation. Be sure that your problem is urgent and that you will be at the appointment. There is no possibility of cancellation once the appointment has been made. If you do not show up, you will receive a $ 30.00 bill for the missed appointment.

For all registered patients who require a regular appointment, periodic appointment or follow-up, they must call between 9:00 and 15:00. This facilitates the work of the secretarial staff and distributes the usage of the telephone lines.
